Refund and Exchange Policy

Unused Products:

You have a window of 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange for any unused product.

The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please provide the original purchase receipt.

Manufacturing Defects:

In the unfortunate event that you discover a manufacturing defect in the product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange.

The product must not have been subjected to excessive wear and tear.

Proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt is required for processing refunds or exchanges.
